Just to clarify so you're not reading this post and wondering if it's Garren, Alayna or Sidney. This is Sidney posting :). I think moving is bittersweet. Think of it this way. You made tons and tons of memories in your old house. Some bad, but hopefully most good. You get to make great relationships with your neighbors, (unless you don't like your neighbors, then you have good stories about how ridiculous they were) and you can make great friends. The bitter part is that you have to move on from something you don't want to leave. The sweet part of it is, that when you leave you still get to keep your friends and keep your memories, plus repeat what you got at your old house with new people and new memories.
But it's not always that easy. There is still the first day of church, the first week of of pure boredom since you don't know anybody, and getting use to the new house. I think the worst part for me would be finding new friends. Don't you hate having to walk into class and you think to yourself "I actually have to get to know these people?" But eventually you realize that the kids aren't that bad and (hopefully) you make new friends and repeat the process.
In conclusion, I know moving must be hard but, I think it's better to have to leave amazing friends than not having amazing friends to leave in the first place.
